‘Check in’ is an app service that curates fine dining experiences in South Korea and handles reservations and payments.
Users receive rewards and grades through the app, and are provided with corresponding services.
However, as the client continued to advance their business, the app’s features became complex, leading to issues
where the core functions of the app were not clearly understood and the user flow was disorganized.
To address this, we redefined the core and auxiliary functions of the app
and designed a user-friendly flow to easily access the core functions.
