메타스마트셀은 인구소멸지역에 대해 거주와 생활, 스마트팜 등을 공급하여 청년들이 재택근무와 업무를 병행하며 지역에 정착할 수 있게합니다.

모듈형 구조로 레고블릭과 유사한 ‘Cell’로 칭하는 단위 모듈로 크기에 대한 확장이 자유로운 메타스마트셀의 비즈니스 모델 및 세부 기획에서부터 참여하며,

모듈 구조와 플랫폼 기획을 함께 진행했습니다 본 사업은 인천스마트시티(주)와 업무 협약을 맺고 시범 사업을 준비하고 있습니다.

We have prepared a business plan for Meta Smart Cell,

a new lifestyle platform that supplies modular housing to attract people to depopulated areas in collaboration with local governments.

Meta Smart Cell aims to enable young people to settle in these regions by providing housing, living facilities, and smart farms,

allowing them to work remotely and engage in local activities. As a modular structure, referred to as ‘Cells’ similar to LEGO bricks,

Meta Smart Cell offers flexible expansion in terms of size.

We participated in the detailed planning and business modeling, as well as the design of the modular structures and the platform.

This project is being prepared as a pilot program in collaboration with 인천스마트시티(주).
